For this third week of Project 52 we were to capture “hands” in our own creative way.  With so many options and ideas for this week, I wanted to embrace the winter (or what winter that we do have here in Las Vegas), as well as use fun colors.

I have this pretty lavender coffee cup that I got from the Sugar Factory here in Las Vegas.  I really like pastel colors mixed with other pastel colors to achieve a calm and pretty color palette.  In this case lavender and mint really stood out to me.  Such contrasty, pretty colors next to one another for sure.  These colors would be a great spring wedding color scheme too!

Even though it is January here and we are still rocking weather in the 60’s, I wanted these photos to make you feel all warm and cozy.  Who doesn’t like hot cocoa topped with whipped cream and caramel sprinkles!?  Doesn’t this photo make you want to cuddle up with a warm blanket by the fire?  I sure want to!

Don’t forget to check back next Friday for Week 4’s theme!  If you missed the photo for Week 2’s theme be sure to go check it out!

Supper in the front yard made with fresh veggies from the family garden and homemade sourdough artisan bread, goats and chickens, and horses to ride. The most relaxed and sentimental family session with the most amazing family.

Check out all the wonderful moments from this session, right before baby number 3 was announced into their family unit.
