There is no doubt that this Dadi Beach Guam Family Session filled my heart with so much goodness. Baby Julia was just a doll! So many beautiful smiles and that thick dark hair!! (Insert all the heart eyes here, please.) Just darling!
Before even moving to Guam, finding a fabulous vet for my old pup is something that was a must. I tried a vet off base, and just wasn’t please with my experience. Then, I scheduled a visit to the vet clinic on base. During my time there, the vet checked, measured, and recorded all my old gal’s lumps and bumps. It was a very great experience! Anyways, turns out that lovely lady that check my pup out was Anya, the mom of this beautiful family. Anya inquired about her family shoot just a few days before my vet visit, and neither one of us put two and two together. Such a small island and so wild that we missed that detail. Ha!
Markus, Anya, Baby Julia, and Stella met me at Dadi Beach in Guam for their Family Session. Julia and her thick dark hair and deep brown eyes stole my heart. Stella had the most amazingly soft, blonde fur with a beautiful dog collar Anya got off of Etsy. Stella is the epitome of a true companion with an amazing bond with her little human.
For one part of her session, it was crucial to capture Julia with two gifts from both of her Grandmothers. One was the beautiful handmade quilt and the other was an elegant necklace of pearls. I love being able to capture such meaningful possessions during a family session. I truly makes it that much more special.
Toward the end of the beach portion of their session it started sprinkling, followed by a glorious rainbow. It was rather perfect if you ask me! Once we worked our way into the more jungle area, Julia really opened up and let out several little belly laughs at me jumping up and down.
I had such a wonderful time with these four at Dadi Beach in Guam. It was such a pleasure to be able to capture Julia at this wonderful phase in her life. Babies grow up way too fast and getting those memories recorded is so very important.
