Creativity and efficiency are often treated as opposites, but I have found they work best together. When my workflow is clear, my creative work feels more focused and sustainable.
Efficiency reduces decision fatigue. When I know when I edit, when I respond to emails, and when I step away, my energy is protected. That clarity allows me to show up fully for my work and the people in front of my camera.
I build flexibility into my workflow so it can support real life. Some days require more structure. Others need space. A balanced workflow leaves room for both.
Creativity thrives when there is enough structure to support it. The goal is not speed. The goal is consistency, presence, and longevity.
